Our 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Titan Rise, we stand behind our premium supplement capsules. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return process.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your Titan Rise capsules for any reason, you will have 180 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund.

To initiate a return, you must:

  • Request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Include the RMA number with your returned product
  • Return the product within 14 days of receiving your RMA

Shipping Your Return

Once you receive your RMA, please return the item to the address below. You must include the RMA number with your return and email us the tracking number so we can track your return.

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet these conditions:

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Bottle must be unopened and sealed
  • All accessories originally included must be returned
  • Product must be in good physical condition (not damaged)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used bottles of Titan Rise capsules
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Any item returned more than 180 days after purchase

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your Titan Rise capsules for the same item:

  • We will provide instructions on where to send your item
  • We cannot accept exchanges beyond 180 days from the date of delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first:

  • We will send a refund to the original purchaser
