Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns for Titan Rise

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays orders can experience delays.

If invalid information is provided we will be unable to process your order. Your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days if invalid information is provided.

Note: All shipping addresses are verified through US postal service. This does not apply to international orders.

We ship Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and USA holidays.

Titan Rise is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

Time in transit depends on the selected shipping method. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays.

All delivery times are estimates. Titan Rise is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control.

International Shipping:

International shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. In severe cases 8-12 weeks. Titan Rise Pro is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Order Issues

Refused, Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

In case of refusal of a package, the shipping and handling fee will be subtracted from any refund.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is the primary delivery service used.

Titan Rise Pro is not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the address correctly.

We will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

Order Cancellations

Due to high order volume, orders go directly into our fulfillment center.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible
  • Processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled

To receive a refund for shipped orders, refuse the package or return it with tracking information.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking confirms delivery but the item is missing, Titan Rise Pro does not offer refunds.

Please contact the shipping company (USPS or UPS) for assistance with missing packages.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy depends on the product's Money-Back Guarantee (MBG).

To obtain a full refund, return all bottles (including bonuses) within sixty (60) days.

Include a note with:

  • Order ID
  • Full name and address
  • Email and phone number
  • Original packing slip

Note: Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund.

You pay for return shipping. Refunds take 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
